30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At STANDECK Mobile Tech, your satisfaction comes first. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund — no hassle.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at zwestessentials@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back to the address we provide. For standard (change-of-mind) returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for an item we do not receive.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at zwestessentials@yahoo.com. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, contact us at zwestessentials@yahoo.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the item you want once your return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-returnable. We may also decline returns for items that are not in their original, unused condition.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
